    How many meals?

    How many meals? We don’t starve. If you feel hungry all the time, eat and train. If you feel full all the time, eat less and train. If you feel like training, it means it’s good. If you don’t feel like it, it means it’s not good.
    By training, we mean any kind of movement, physical activity.
    An obese or malnourished person will not have the desire or strength for any kind of training, movement.
    We approach the body in such a way that movement is a part of it. Without movement, muscles atrophy, the body becomes infirm.
    (jacek eats about 3-6 meals a day, depending on the body’s needs and the amount of movement)

    We talk about this a lot because sometimes, under the influence of our surroundings, not necessarily with good intentions, our eyes and mind can get confused in assessing the situation. Sports at an amateur level are a kind of protection, thanks to which we are strong enough, self-confident enough to be able to assess ourselves, our own body and its condition.
