    Can I use “Training for today” as a athlete using BASE/TOP care? (and vice versa)

    Yes.
    Option 1.
    You can combine both types of cooperation.
    Use BASE/TOP care periodically and use “Training for today” periodically. One type can be a permanent form of training, the other a 2-4 week break, e.g. in the form of a training camp.

    It can be particularly useful in periods of decreased motivation, the appearance of a feeling of monotony.

    In the case of BASE/TOP care (JacaCoachAPP application) – you can consider ending the cooperation and returning later for financial reasons.

    Option 2.
    You can change one type of training to the other for a period of time or permanently.
