    Don’t judge a book.. by its clothes

    Something beautiful.
    A girl in a tracksuit walks by. She even looks a bit hmm.. dressed "casually"?
    You can see somewhere that her ass is shapely, her face pretty.. and that's it.

    Sometimes when you meet a boxer training somewhere in the gym. An old, worn-out sweatshirt, shoes almost unlaced, a hood on his head.

    Or a bodybuilder from the old days if you observe. Shreds of a shirt, some underpants and that's it.

    You can pretend. You can buy a shirt in the style of "there's almost nothing left of it". You can put the hood on your head. Wear a tracksuit "casually" but it's not the same.

    A trained eye knows what's hidden under these clothes.
    "I don't have to do anything anymore"

    P.S. From us. Some people have it a bit differently. Old shoes, worn-out tracksuit and "I have to change, I wouldn't go out like this once" :)

    But there it was more about cases where we deceive ourselves, even our eyes deceive us. It may be anorexia or overweight.
    And here the BMI calculator will come in handy.

    Sometimes someone weighing little, within the BMI range.. will have a very average body.
    No exercise, unhealthy food in small quantities or some forced vomiting.. and although the weight will be small, it will be bones covered with fatty tissue and skin. Without going any further.
    A bit drastically described, but it is easy to distinguish a firm body from a "gelatinous" body :)

    And this is not about a dig.
    Without exercise, even small amounts of food can be stored as fat tissue on the buttocks or belly, without building any muscle tissue, which has great value and quality.

    P.S. long walks are also exercise, it is a physical activity thanks to which we can build a strong body. Just compare people who do "beach" and those who hike in the mountains.

    We will tell you the secret of how we choose the "clue for today".
    For us and for jacek it is also a form of fun and uncertainty.
    So we partly rely on fate, and partly force fate to draw from a pool of topics that are important to us.

    1. On one day, a clue is drawn (by the trainer) from the full pool of prepared clues (they may be repeated).

    and here's a little note: a clue from point 2 with the highest priority may be drawn

    2. On the second day, a clue is drawn
    - from a pool of clues that have not been there yet
    - the clue with the highest priority
    - we have 3 priorities of new clues, and in each of them there may be a different number of clues from which one is drawn. If there are none in the highest priority, we draw from the group with a lower priority until one is drawn.
    - the priorities of clues and their number are determined by the trainer. The share of fate also depends on the trainer. He can even turn off the participation of fate completely if necessary
    And so on alternately 1,2,1,2,…

    If all the hints are displayed. Everything is reset and hints are drawn from the full pool.

    If necessary, the trainer turns off point 1 and draws only the hints described in point 2.
