    Coaching liability

    Criminal liability?: practically none.
    Other liability?: clear conscience.

Sometimes a coach does not speak and is not able to speak directly to each person.
Sometimes he speaks publicly, very generally.
    Example:
Saying that "it is worth getting out of your comfort zone" someone may start walking around in just their underwear, and this will obviously not be the way to fulfill sports dreams, but the way to participate in adult films. This can also be a kind of justification for someone to fulfill their hidden dreams: "Because the coach ordered" (an attempt to clear one's conscience, an attempt to shift responsibility for one's actions onto another person, acting contrary to one's conscience).

Can the coach in this example have a clear conscience? (he does)
Can a person who follows the coach's advice in this way have a clear conscience?

    Suggestions for the coach

Every coach works differently and what they need is a kind of professional secret.
When "becoming" a coach, there is probably a stage where the coach is simply hungry for tips and comments. There is also probably a stage where the tips start to repeat themselves. There is also perhaps a stage where these tips can no longer be there because they have all been checked and the coach is fighting a "vicious circle"? According to the coach... a good coach informs and gives a signal what he needs from the athlete at a given moment.

    Sports anger

According to the coach, a bit of sports anger is needed during competition. Maybe a little, maybe a lot, maybe the more the better? It is important to maintain the ethical standards you profess and get rid of this anger after the competition. Like everywhere. There is a boundary that is better not to cross. Maybe even just not to cross. "Such a mollusk won't fight" ;)

    Free materials.

    You charge for your work.
Some pay with a smile, others with money.
Sometimes a smile is enough, sometimes you charge money.
According to the trainer, free materials do not exist.

    Changing the coach

    The topic is a lottery.
You never know what the final effect of working with a coach will be.
A coach can't predict everything either.
Working with a coach, you rely on his wisdom and experience.
That he knows when to stop, that he has a plan.
But the body is yours, you have the mind and you decide whether to go ahead with it or withdraw and possibly look for a new coach.
    Quite a difficult decision.
    Supposedly, sport is fun.
But not everyone can have fun either, and even while having fun you can hurt yourself :)

    Training alone or with someone

It's a bit of an individual matter, but sometimes it's worth "competing" with someone. Without it, we can be convinced of our incredible strength, and if it comes to some kind of test, it may turn out that we are living in error. It doesn't have to be a big race. Sometimes a longer training with another person is enough to be able to assess whether what we are doing is going in the right direction.

    Working with a Trainer

When starting a collaboration with a trainer, remember that it is the trainer who requires - not the other way around.

    Should a child play sports?

Children in their "natural environment" play sports practically non-stop. Running, rollerblading, cycling, somersaults, cartwheels, or once all-day fun on a carpet beater. Observing a child of several years old, we will notice that the amount of running and steps taken is practically impossible for an adult. This is training.

A child sitting at school, or in front of the phone, and later having a home parking lot full of cars at their disposal where they can spend time, or a playground where he or she must be under the supervision of an adult, loses the aforementioned instinct for the need for movement. There are no conditions for this. Then organized sports activities (club, coach, president, fees) come "to the rescue" that allow to ensure proper human development to a certain extent.
To answer the question: normally this is not necessary and training aimed at competition can be started at the age of about 12-13. Currently, children, following the example of adults, start training and competing at a high level at the age of several. According to the coach, something went wrong.
