    Body shaving in sports 1

Why do athletes shave their bodies?
Let's start with the obvious reason.
Whether in the water or in the air.
A shaved body creates less drag (aerodynamics).

    Inevitable things

    Such a story:
A boy sits on a bench, pours ketchup over a bun. The ketchup is new, freshly opened, a new brand for the boy.
He presses, presses harder, harder.. ! aaaaand?! Bun in ketchup, pants in ketchup, hand in ketchup, and the bench too.
Later he washes his pants (new :) ).

"Too bad, it was inevitable. I would have poured ketchup on myself in the end anyway"
Because the ketchup surprised me every time :)

    The same in training.
    And in life.
    Some things can't be avoided.

How much to eat during training

According to the trainer. If the training is long enough to require food, a proverbial "banana" (or its caloric equivalent) every 45-60 minutes will usually be sufficient.

    Drinking during training

It all depends on the temperature, intensity and needs of the body (sweating).
    But
If the intensity is high, it is hot.

This usually half a liter of drinking will be necessary for an hour of physical activity.
