    Will I be able to postpone the planned training?

    The trainer allows you to postpone the planned training within week.
    In this way, if necessary and in case of time problems, the trainee is able to slightly reorganize the training plan in order to implement all the assumptions.

    Person under 18 and trainings with JacaCoachTEAM?

    Cycling training can be started at any age.
    However, the intensity and level of advancement must be adapted to the physical capabilities of the body.
    When it comes to cooperation with JacaCoachTEAM, there are no restrictions in this regard.
    However, the client must be able to cooperate using JacaCoachAPP, which contains exercises and trainings assigned by the trainer.


    I exercise at the gym once a week. Does this interfere with training?

    Does not interfere.
    JacaCoachTEAM gives you the opportunity to perform a "gym" type training unit, further implementing a training plan aimed at developing endurance sports.
    Such a unit will be appropriately included in the training plan.
    Note: If you are able to do 4 training sessions a week (one of which is the gym), tell your trainer that you can train 3 days a week and training for endurance sports will be planned on these days.
