    In the JacaCoachAPP application, we leave one option of "another sport" as a variant in case of equipment problems. This is related to the modification of the offer, in which we leave the types of coaching care that are in the greatest demand (and we focus on them).

    Questions about the number of workouts

    In response to numerous questions about the number of training sessions per week, we answer: the number of training sessions/training hours per week, throughout the annual training period, varies drastically depending on the month and must vary. The training plan prepared by the trainer, placed in the application, should be carried out meticulously.
