    Training alone or with someone

    It’s a bit of an individual matter, but sometimes it’s worth “competing” with someone. Without it, we can be convinced of our incredible strength, and if it comes to some kind of test, it may turn out that we are living in error. It doesn’t have to be a big race. Sometimes a longer training with another person is enough to be able to assess whether what we are doing is going in the right direction.
