Why is there no contact option in the offer?

A coach who answers the same questions for years is unable to answer any subsequent questions such as “was there a mistake in the planned training?”, “why this assessment and not another”, “please answer my question that I asked yesterday!” etc.
This is a procedure aimed at maintaining an appropriate level of culture and respect between the coach and the athlete (usually an adult). All questions have been collected together and together with the answers are placed in the “help” section, where thanks to an appropriately programmed search engine, the athlete will easily find the answer to all questions and doubts.
